SEO Manager

We are looking for a proactive and performance-driven professional with solid knowledge of search engines, digital measurement tools, and excellent problem-solving and team management capabilities.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage new business RFPs, forecasts, and budget definitions.
2. Deliver SEO-driven digital strategies to achieve business goals.
3. Manage multiple complex SEO projects simultaneously, including e-commerce and editorial websites.
4. Utilize main SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Majestic, SEMrush, etc.
5. Possess a full understanding of HTML and coding skills in CSS, JS, PHP, Python.
6. Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies, including analysis, on-site technical optimization, content creation, and off-site optimization.
7. Grow and educate the team and stakeholders on SEO best practices.
8. Work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
9. Maintain strong and broad technical SEO knowledge.

Qualifications and Soft Skills:

1. At least 7 years of experience in SEO projects.
2. Proficiency in Google Analytics (certification preferred), Google Search Console, Excel, and PowerPoint.
3. Excellent communication skills and self-confidence.
4. Knowledge of common CMS platforms such as AEM, Shopify, SFCC, etc.
5. Full professional proficiency in English.
6. Experience with webmaster tools, even as a hobby.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, capable of analyzing large datasets and producing actionable insights.
8. Motivated by revenue targets.
9. Coding skills are a plus.
