A dynamic AI video startup based in Milan is looking for an exceptional SEO content expert to craft strategies and content that drive organic growth. Responsibilities include developing innovative SEO approaches, creating various content formats, and leading SEO initiatives. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, has a strong portfolio, and is interested in AI. This is a full-time, primarily on-site role with a competitive salary range of 25-35k.

We are looking for an exceptional SEO content expert with advanced strategic skills in organic growth, backlink development, and search engine optimization. You will craft targeted content for both LLM platforms and traditional search engines, shaping the SEO strategy alongside the founding team.

KEY INFORMATION

• Who are we? We're an AI video creation startup.
• What are we aiming for? Our mission is to enable anyone to create high-performance long video content through collaboration and chat with AI. Think of Videotok as the 'Lovable' for video creation.
• What drives us? We are passionate about design, performance, and revolutionizing video, ads, and film creation from Southern Europe.
• Market: Primarily the US, but we operate globally from day one.
• Funding: Well-funded with global investors.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• SEO Tools: Familiarity with SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, etc.) and content management systems.
• Multi-format expertise: Proven ability to create various content formats (blog posts, case studies, landing pages, etc.) optimized for ranking on search engines and LLM-based platforms.
• Strategy & innovation: Ability to execute proven SEO strategies while developing innovative approaches using data-driven insights to scale organic growth and competitive positioning.
• Data-driven optimization: Strong analytical skills to measure content performance and refine strategies accordingly.

WHAT THE PROCESS LOOKS LIKE

? Initial fit chat

• 30-minute conversation to assess fit and expectations.
• ? Technical challenge
• 2-3 hour project interview. You will be given a small project to build within an hour, then discuss your work.
• In-person in Milan or remote, depending on your location.
• This is an opportunity to get to know each other and ask questions :)
