Your Role and Responsibilities

As part of the Solution Factory Team in our internal IT department in Milan, you will be a technological leader, developing solutions to enhance product quality, development efficiency, and cybersecurity. Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing functionalities from the roadmap;
• Sharing innovative technological solutions with the Architecture team;
• Analyzing functional requirements for macro application functionalities;
• Guiding the team in selecting appropriate technological solutions;
• Tracking evolutions, error reports, and technical debts;
• Performing static code analysis following secure development guidelines;
• Bug fixing;
• Updating source code repositories with latest developments;
• Ensuring development libraries are up-to-date;
• Recording incidents related to malfunctions or system blockages.

Your Skills and Characteristics

This opportunity is ideal if you possess:

• 3-5 years of experience as a web developer;
• Skills in frontend development (React, JQuery, Knockout);
• Skills in backend development with Java Enterprise (EJB3, JPA) and REST;
• Knowledge of Quarkus and microservices development;
• Focus on designing user-friendly interfaces;
• Experience in mobile app development (web or native);
• Up-to-date with new technologies and development approaches;
• Teamwork orientation;
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies;
• Proficiency in English (B1 level).
