Job summary

JLL Italy's Value and Risk Advisory team in Milan seeks a valuer to support site inspections, market analyses and report writing. You will help develop valuation processes and liaise with colleagues across JLL Italy and other Value and Risk Advisory departments.

Required: degree in Economics and Commerce, Architecture or Engineering; RICS membership; driving license; fluent Italian and English; strong MS Office skills; Argus knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics and Commerce, Architecture or Engineering.
• Excellent command of Italian and English, both spoken and written.
• MS Office proficiency; Argus knowledge is a plus.
• RICS membership is required/advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Site inspections and property visits.
• Documentary and market analysis for valuation processes.
• Develop valuation processes and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with JLL Italy colleagues and Value and Risk Advisory teams.
