Our client is a pre-launch EOR automation platform with an innovative approach to a large marketplace. They seek an exceptional UX Designer.

This is a remote, project-based role that may lead to full-time employment. Candidates worldwide are welcome; preference for those in Europe, Israel, Southeast Asia, or North America.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of UX design experience, especially with complex no-code web products and B2B SaaS platforms. A Bachelor’s or Master’s in Design is advantageous.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating challenges, ideas, and impact, especially projects delivered to production, simplifying complex problems into intuitive interfaces. Show leadership in design and understanding of systems.
• Solid knowledge of user-centered design and testing methodologies.
• Ability to present and justify design choices grounded in research, theories, and analytics.
• Awareness of current and emerging design patterns and critique skills.
• Ability to work independently, be self-directed, and thrive in ambiguity.
• Team-oriented, willing to share knowledge, receptive to feedback, and constructive criticism.
• Experience mentoring junior designers and contributing to the growth of the design team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with solution architects and UI engineers to design user-friendly, innovative products with low friction and high delight.
• Create low and high-fidelity mockups and prototypes to communicate design decisions.
• Produce clear visual design specifications.
• Iterate based on stakeholder and user feedback.
• Assess usability and suggest improvements.
• Take ownership of features, including edge cases, specifications, and working with engineers.
• Write clear, concise copy for projects.
