Job Title: Senior UX Designer – REMOTE – Project based Italy, Italy

Job Description:

Our client is a pre-launch EOR automation platform with an innovative approach to a large marketplace. They are seeking an exceptional UX Designer.

This is a remote, project-based role that may transition into full-time employment. Candidates worldwide are encouraged to apply, with preference for those based in Europe, Israel, Southeast Asia, or North America.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years of UX design experience, preferably with complex, no-code web products and B2B SaaS platforms. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design is advantageous.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating challenges, ideas, impacts, and projects that have gone into production, showcasing your ability to simplify complex problems and lead full-feature designs.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design and testing methodologies.
• Ability to justify design decisions based on theories, research, and analytics.
• Awareness of current and emerging design patterns, with the capacity to critique them.
• Ability to work independently, thrive in ambiguity, and be self-directed.
• Team player willing to collaborate, share knowledge, and accept feedback.
• Experience mentoring junior designers and contributing to the growth of the design practice within an organization.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with solution architects and UI engineers to design user-friendly, innovative products with low friction and high delight.
• Develop low and high-fidelity mockups and prototypes to communicate design decisions.
• Create clear visual design specifications.
• Iterate based on feedback from stakeholders and testing.
• Assess usability of features and suggest improvements.
• Take ownership of features, considering edge cases, refining specifications, and working with engineers to implement solutions.
• Write clear, concise copy for projects.
