Happy Finish in Verona, Italy, seeks a Senior Unreal Engine Artist to drive photoreal interior and product visualisation projects. You will craft high-end renders and animations, leading lighting, materials, and scene composition using Unreal Engine as an offline render tool.

You’ll collaborate with the Head of CG and developers to refine workflows, mentor juniors, and push the boundaries of real-time and offline visualisation for premium client work.

Competenze

• 5+ years of commercial ArchViz/interior/product rendering experience.
• Expert-level Unreal Engine with offline rendering workflows.
• Strong knowledge of Lumen, Path Tracer, and photoreal shader creation (PBR).
• Experience with Substance Painter/Designer and/or PBR scanning.
• Solid lighting, composition, and colour theory understanding.
• Proficiency in 3DS Max and offline renderers is a plus.
• Excellent communication and proactive problem-solving.

Mansioni

• Create high-end photoreal interior/product renders in Unreal Engine.
• Own briefs from layout to final render with minimal oversight.
• Develop lighting setups and material libraries for quality and efficiency.
• Suggest improvements to Unreal Engine pipeline and workflows.
• Support and mentor junior team members on Unreal best practices.
• Ensure all deliverables meet visual quality and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with producers and retouch/dev teams to finalize assets.
