Position Job Title: Senior Travel Designer (Italy team)
Start Date: ASAP
Type of Contract: Full-Time
Base Salary per Annum: to be discussed, depending on experience
Bonus: up to 25% of the Gross Salary
Annual Leave Entitlement: 20 Working Days (Plus Bank Holidays)
Working place: working from home / remote. London with full employment contract, Italy with freelancer full time contract.
Monday to Friday – 10am to 6pm
In high season (June to September) it might be required occasionally to assist with urgent matters on weekends
TASKS:
Travel Design:
- Luxury Travel Design: creating client itineraries including activities, transportations and VIP services to ensure seamless experiences that embrace the N2S values.
- Villa Rental: managing Villa rental requests starting from receiving enquires from our travel agent partners, suggesting the most suitable properties, and engaging with clients to gather essential pre-arrival information, ensuring a seamless and luxurious villa stay.
- Upload into company software all information relative to managed bookings, reserving all confirmed services via automated emails.
- Liaise with Quality Manager at Travel Document stage ensuring all details about clients are provided and all communications with ground partners are in place.
- Respond promptly to client and B2B agent requests, providing timely support and information. Ensuring all requests/follow-ups are sent on time.
- Going the extra mile by providing special touches such as welcome cards, birthday surprises, and additional amenities to enhance the overall experience.
- Create new product when required, including local site inspections and scouting.
- Assist CEO, COO and CFO in daily tasks if required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury travel, hospitality, or event planning. Better with a DMC background.
- Fluent in English additional languages (e.g., French, Spanish, German) are a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers.
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem-solving approach with a focus on N2S standards of excellence.
- Strong sense of taste and aesthetics essential for this role
