Job Description:

Responsibilities include:

• Luxury Travel Design: Creating client itineraries including activities, transportation, and VIP services to ensure seamless experiences that embrace the N2S values.
• Villa Rental: Managing villa rental requests from enquiry to booking, suggesting suitable properties, and engaging with clients to gather pre-arrival information.
• Uploading all booking information into company software and reserving services via automated emails.
• Liaising with the Quality Manager during the travel document stage to ensure all client details and communications with ground partners are in place.
• Responding promptly to client and B2B agent requests, providing timely support and follow-up.
• Adding personal touches such as welcome cards, birthday surprises, and amenities to enhance client experience.
• Creating new products, including local site inspections and scouting.
• Assisting CEO, COO, and CFO with daily tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury travel, hospitality, or event planning; DMC background preferred.
