This role requires 8-10 years of experience in the Med-tech or Pharma industry and a BSc in Education or Human Resources. Responsibilities include managing education budgets, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the effectiveness of training materials. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of training coordination.

Competenze

• 8-10 years of experience in Medical or Internal Education within the Med-tech/Pharma industry.
• Fluent in English.
• 4 years in a People Management role preferred.
