SentinelOne in Roma, Lazio, IT, seeks a Senior Threat Intelligence Researcher to lead deep-dive investigations into emerging and known threats, while monitoring malware developments to keep defenses ahead.

You will synthesize data into actionable intelligence for senior management and develop refined hunting strategies to anticipate adversary tactics and tradecraft, leveraging EDR telemetry and MITRE ATT&CK knowledge.

Competenze

• Background in threat intelligence or threat hunting.
• Knowledge of the cyber threat landscape, including actors and TTPs.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to identify patterns in large datasets.
• Understanding of product telemetry and how to maximize it.
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, CISA KEV, AMITT, MISP Galaxy.
• Experience with malware analysis tools and methods.
• Technical writing and content development skills.
• Solid understanding of how EDR works; certifications preferred.

Mansioni

• Synthesize data from internal hunts and external sources into actionable threat briefings for leadership.
• Lead hypothesis-driven threat hunts across networks, cloud, and endpoints to uncover intrusions.
• Map threat actor footprints internally by pivoting through EDR telemetry.
• Analyze adversary TTPs, identifying shifts in execution and persistence.
• Trace adversary infrastructure externally via domains, SSL certs, and DNS.
