Wood is recruiting a Senior Technical Utilities Engineer to join our Life Sciences division based in Milan, with projects across Europe and internationally. The role is based in Corsico (Milan) with the possibility to work from home up to two days per week.

You will lead design and execution of complex Technical Utilities systems, coordinate cross-functional teams, and contribute to sustainable design initiatives in pharmaceutical and biotech projects.

Competenze

• MSc in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering is required.
• Proven experience in Technical Utilities design and engineering of industrial projects of medium and large dimensions.
• Strong expertise in utilities generation and distribution design.
• Knowledge of design problems and issues related to fire protection system.
• Competency in Sustainability design.
• Proven experience leading technical teams on complex projects.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards (PED, ASHRAE, ISO, GMP, EU directives).
• Fluent Italian and good English.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required.

• Perform utilities calculations for generation and distribution networks.

Wood is recruiting for a Senior Technical Utilities Engineer to join our Life Sciences division based in Milan, working on Pharmaceutical and Bio Tech projects across Europe and internationally. The position will be based in Corsico (Milan) office, with the possibility to work from home up to two days per week.

Contract & Classification

• Contract type: Permanent
• Collective Agreement (CCNL): Industria Metalmeccanica (CNEL C011)
• Job Classification level: Impiegato, consistent with role requirements and applicable CCNL

Compensation

• Gross Annual Salary: the initial gross annual salary will be € 52,000, paid in 14 instalments
• The compensation package will include applicable CCNL elements and company benefits
• Variable pay and additional benefits will be detailed during the selection process
