Wood is recruiting a Process Engineer for the Life Sciences division, based in Milan/Corsico, with hybrid work options up to two days per week. The role involves designing for API, biotech and fill/finish facilities across Europe and internationally, contributing to approved deliverables and client interfaces.

The candidate should have MSc in Chemical/Process engineering with 1–3 years in pharma processes and be fluent in Italian and English; willingness to work across disciplines and travel as

Responsabilidades

• Concept, Basic & Detail Design process activities for pharmaceutical facilities (API, biotech, fill/finish).
• Preparation / review of project deliverables (mass/energy balance, PFD, P&ID, data sheets, technical specifications, equipment list/layout, utilities consumption).
• Interface with other disciplines, clients and equipment suppliers.
• Work as part of a team by supporting each other and covering during absences.
• Contribute to quality and environmental management systems to ISO standards.

Responsibilities

The key objectives for this role are

• Concept, Basic & Detail Design process activities for pharmaceutical facilities (API, biotech, fill/finish)
• Preparation / review of project specific deliverables (mass / energy balance, PFD, P&ID, data sheets, technical specifications, equipment list, equipment layout, utilities consumption list)
• Interface with other disciplines, clients, equipment suppliers
• Work as part of a team by supporting each other, sharing workload and covering during periods of absence
• Contribute and participate to work in an enthusiastic manner, working to the requirements of quality and environmental management systems maintained to ISO standards

Compensation And Compliance

Contract & Classification

• Contract type: Permanent
• Collective Agreement (CCNL): Industria Metalmeccanica (CNEL C011)
• Job Classification level: Impiegato, consistent with role requirements and applicable CCNL

Compensation

• Gross Annual Salary: the initial gross annual salary will be € 32,604.60, paid in 14 instalments
• The compensation package will include applicable CCNL elements and company benefits
• Variable pay and additional benefits will be detailed during the selection process
