About the role:

This position requires deep expertise in building crypto wallets, stakeholder management, and guiding cross-functional teams through product lifecycle stages—ideation, development, launch, and post-launch analysis. Collaborate with developers, designers, and leadership to define roadmaps, set requirements, and launch new crypto-wallet products.

Responsibilities:

1. Product Development & Roadmap: Lead end-to-end lifecycle, define user stories, manage backlogs, and oversee workflows.
2. Technical Expertise: Translate complex concepts into clear requirements, evaluate solutions, and prioritize features based on technical feasibility and business impact.
3. Market Research: Conduct customer discovery and market analysis to understand product value propositions.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with diverse teams to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure delivery.
5. Quality & Delivery: Ensure timely, quality product releases with organized testing and feedback.

Minimum 5+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in a technical role, and experience in building or managing crypto wallets with DeFi features. Strong communication, organizational skills, and expertise in defining and tracking KPIs are required. Knowledge of A/B testing is a plus.
