About the job

In this role, you will need a deep understanding of building crypto wallets, stakeholder management, and guiding cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle. You’ll collaborate with developers, designers, and leadership to define roadmaps, requirements, and launch new products in crypto-wallets.

This is a great opportunity for experienced professionals to contribute to impactful product launches in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Product development and Roadmap: Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch analysis. Define user stories, acceptance criteria, manage backlogs, and workflows for development teams.
• Technical Expertise: Translate complex technical concepts into clear requirements. Evaluate solutions and prioritize features based on feasibility, impact, and value.
• Conduct market research, including customer discovery to understand the value proposition.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams to gather requirements, validate, and deliver solutions.
• Quality & Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of features meeting quality standards; organize testing and feedback.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years of product management experience
• At least 3 years in a technical product management role
• Experience in building or managing crypto wallets with DeFi features
• Excellent communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple priorities remotely
• Ability to define, track, and report on KPIs; experience with A/B testing is a plus
