About The Job

This role requires expertise in building crypto wallets, stakeholder management, and guiding cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle. You will collaborate with developers, designers, and leadership to define and execute product roadmaps, particularly in crypto-wallets.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end product development, from ideation to post-launch analysis, including backlog management and user story definition.
2. Translate technical concepts into clear requirements; evaluate technical solutions and prioritize features based on feasibility, impact, and customer value.
3. Conduct market research and customer discovery to refine the value proposition.
4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure timely delivery.
5. Ensure quality standards and organize testing and feedback processes.
6. Possess 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in a technical role.
7. Have experience building or managing crypto wallets with DeFi features.
8. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
9. Be proficient in agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Asana.
10. Have a strong understanding of microservices, peer-to-peer systems, and Javascript.
11. Maintain organizational skills to manage multiple priorities remotely.
12. Define, track, and report on product KPIs; experience with A/B testing is a plus.

Nice to have:

• Hands-on development experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Node.js, React, or Angular.
