About the job :

This role requires a deep understanding of technology, stakeholder management, and guiding cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle. Collaborate with developers, designers, and leadership to define roadmaps, requirements, and launch products. Ideal for experienced professionals eager to contribute to impactful launches in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end product development, from ideation to post-launch analysis. Manage backlogs, define user stories, and workflows.

Translate complex technical concepts into clear requirements. Evaluate solutions and prioritize features based on feasibility, impact, and value.

Conduct market research and customer discovery to understand the value proposition.

Collaborate across teams to gather requirements, validate, and deliver solutions.

Ensure timely delivery of quality features; organize testing and feedback.

Minimum requirements include :

5+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in a technical role.

Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Asana.

Strong understanding of microservices, P2P systems, JavaScript.

Organizational skills for managing multiple priorities remotely.

Ability to define and track KPIs; experience with A / B testing is a plus.

Experience with AI and P2P projects is a plus.

Hands-on JavaScript development experience (Node.js, React, Angular) is a plus.
