Recordati is seeking a TT Project Manager for Small Molecules to lead technology transfer and lifecycle management for a range of product forms. You will coordinate internal and external manufacturing activities, ensuring robust technical oversight and readiness across sites.

The role requires strong cross‑functional collaboration with QA, RA, Supply Chain, and R&D, and a proactive approach to risk management and continuous improvement.

Competenze

• Min. 6-7 years’ experience in MSAT, Technical Operations, Technology Transfer in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes for solid dosage forms, semisolids and sterile forms.
• Experience managing technology transfer, process validation, and commercial manufacturing support.
• Competence in reviewing technical documentation and quality evaluations.
• Fluent English (spoken and written)

Mansioni

• Lead technology transfer projects across internal and external manufacturing sites.
• Coordinate TT master plans, protocols, gap assessments and validation strategies.
• Support process scale‑up, PPQ, and readiness of manufacturing documentation.
• Troubleshoot issues, propose solutions, guide SME/CMO decisions.
• Ensure alignment with CMC, regulatory commitments and change control.
• Provide technical oversight for commercial processes across dosage forms.
• Review and approve manufacturing documentation and control strategies.
• Analyse data, identify optimization opportunities and drive improvements.
• Manage timelines, budget, risks, KPIs, and governance reporting.
• Coordinate information flow with stakeholders across geographies.
