Aretè & Cocchi Technology in Milan is looking for a System Engineering Manager to coordinate engineering design activities in critical systems. You will play a key role in driving technical integration and ensuring project success.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience, a Master's or Bachelor's in a STEM discipline, and strong IT skills. The position offers a hybrid working model, competitive salary, and corporate benefits including health insurance and flexible hours.

Competenze

• At least 10 years of proven experience in technical supervision, leading teams, and managing complex projects.
• B2 level in English (written and spoken).
• Solid IT skills in related tools.

Mansioni

• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities across the project lifecycle.
• Drive technical integration across engineering disciplines.
• Lead 3D model activities including planning and quality control.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and project specifications.
• Act as primary technical interface with clients and vendors.
