Hashlist is seeking an E2E Senior System Architect in Turin to lead end-to-end system definition, design, and validation for next-generation connected and electrified vehicles. You will drive architecture across powertrains, platforms, and modules, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and leading reviews to ensure safety, performance, cost, and schedule targets.

Competenze

Engineering degree required in Mechanical, Electrical, Software, or Systems Engineering.
Minimum 5 years in functional or system design within automotive environment.
Strong understanding of safety, reliability, and system integration practices.

Mansioni

Define and deploy the roadmap of assigned systems; contribute to product family and module strategy.
Lead system analyses and negotiate with stakeholders (marketing, manufacturing, regulatory, maintenance).
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and lead system reviews (SRR, SFR, PDR).
Manage system lifecycle and configuration through PLM tools.
Track and validate system maturity using architectural views and data.
Report system status and risks to project management.
