Analog Devices seeks a Senior System Applications Engineer to design and optimize multi-channel RF hardware and software for advanced defense markets. You will translate system requirements into product definitions and support customers from architecture to field testing.

You will analyze RF chains, guide integration, and troubleshoot to ensure robust performance across phased-array, radar, and electronic warfare contexts. Strong team collaboration is essential.

Competenze

• BS Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with 7+ years of applicable experience.
• Strong knowledge of RF, analog, digital and mixed-signal fundamentals.
• Experience with phased-array, radar, electronic warfare, satellite or military communications is a plus.

In this role you will design and optimize multi-channel RF-focused hardware and software for advanced communication and defense markets, shaping next-generation products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate system requirements into practical product definitions and support customers from architecture to field testing. You’ll analyze RF chains, guide system integration, and troubleshoot issues to ensure robust performance. This position offers exposure to phased-array, radar, and military communications while contributing to Analog Devices’ mission to connect the physical and digital worlds at scale.

• Design multi-channel digital receivers and transmitters for phased-array, radar, electronic warfare, satellite and military communication markets
• Develop RF digital converter-centric hardware & software from concept through productization
• Analyze signal chains using RF cascade concepts (gain, noise figure, linearity, power)
• Engage with internal applications and marketing to translate system requirements into product definitions
• Guide customers through system integration, troubleshooting and testing
• BS Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with 7+ years of applicable experience
• Strong knowledge of RF, analog, digital and mixed-signal fundamentals
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
