ams Italy S.r.l. is seeking a senior expert in HF analog circuit design for broadband optical communication ICs in Italy. The role focuses on defining methodologies, leading critical analog developments, and driving innovations in transmitter and receiver architectures.

The candidate will lead design of high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits, establish methodologies, and mentor senior engineers, with a strong emphasis on signal integrity and parasitic-aware design.

Competenze

• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering required.
• 15+ years analog IC design experience.
• Broadband optical IC design knowledge with HF components.
• Advanced CMOS node experience (FinFET/FD-SOI) required.
