Qualifications

• Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019 administration and management.
• VMware ESX experience.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex problems across platforms and services, maintaining security and reliability.
• Manage system data for clients and provide day-to-day solutions and security compliance.
• Oversee a queue of assignments, prioritize tickets, and collaborate with technicians to deliver optimal solutions.
