Kyndryl is seeking an experienced Network and Security Architect to design, validate, and oversee architectures across on-premises, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments. You will ensure high availability, security, and governance while leading transformation initiatives and coordinating with partners, vendors, and clients.

The role emphasizes operational efficiency, automation, and lifecycle management from design through rollout, with a focus on cutting-edge technologies and enterprise-scale

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in networking and security within complex enterprise environments.
• Proven experience as Network and Security Architect in large-scale production environments.
• Strong expertise in high availability architectures, secure network design, and operational governance.
• Ability to operate with high autonomy, ownership, and accountability as Technical Leader.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendor engagements.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics into business-relevant language.
• Hands-on mindset combined with architectural vision.
• Experience with security frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls.

Mansioni

• Design, validate, and oversee the implementation of network and security architectures across on-premises, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments
• Ensure high availability, resilience, scalability, and compliance with security standards and best practices
• Drive network and security transformation initiatives, including modernization and optimization programs
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex incidents, providing expert-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Provide technical leadership, collaborating with Architects, Consult Partners, Vendors, and Client stakeholders
• Lead governance activities, ensuring alignment with architectural standards, security policies, and service quality targets
• Drive continuous service improvement and operational efficiency through automation and optimization
• Oversee the full lifecycle of solutions: design, integration, migration, and roll-out
