We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Supply Chain Specialist to join our International Supply Chain team. As an NPI Senior Supply Chain Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring product availability by aligning demand and supply plans.

You will be responsible for driving supplier selection, product development planning, and early-stage production to commercial launch readiness. This requires strong execution and coordination skills, as well as the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams such as Project Management, Product Marketing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Distribution.

Responsibilities:

1. Initiate supplier selection and onboarding to build a capable and reliable supply base.
2. Conduct supplier negotiations to achieve optimal cost and quality outcomes.
3. Lead supplier capacity reviews and manage regular meetings on-site and remotely.
4. Issue RFQs / RFPs and release purchase orders aligned with launch schedules.
5. Oversee product development and NPI planning to ensure readiness for market introduction.
6. Align Sales Forecast, Build Plan, and Distribution plans for New Product Launches.
7. Coordinate across multifunctional teams to manage capacity constraints and delivery schedules.
8. Present NPI progress, availability status, and supply chain KPIs.
9. Develop and maintain SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) data and visual reports.
10. Implement effective inventory strategies using buffer stock, safety stock, and control limits.
11. Analyze BOM structures, manufacturing capacity, and supply chain risks.
12. Improve demand forecasting processes and drive cross-functional alignment.
13. Ensure SOX compliance across all relevant processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Business Administration).
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain roles, preferably in multinational or regulated industries.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Organizational capability and ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects.
