Nextpower is seeking a Sr Structural Engineer to join Europe Project Engineering Team in Italy (remote). You will manage day-to-day structural issues for utility-scale PV projects, lead wind, seismic, foundation calculations, and sign off on reports.

You will mentor engineers, coordinate with teams in US, Mexico, Brazil, etc., ensure compliance with Genio Civile, and contribute to product catalog and design tools.

Competenze

• BS/ MS in Structural or Civil Engineering, professional licensure required in Italy.
• Minimum 5 years in structural engineering within EPC/renewable energy sectors.
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience in multicultural teams.

Mansioni

• Produce civil and structural designs, calculations, and drawings; act as signing engineer in Italy.
• Lead and mentor team members; ensure high technical standards and balanced workloads.
• Prepare wind, seismic, foundation calculations and manage documentation workflows.
• Coordinate with global engineering teams to align standards and tools.
