General Summary :
This position reports to the Deputy Chief Designer & Structure or their designee; is based in Maranello, Italy. The role involves structural design and analysis of F1 chassis-related components.
Key Responsibilities :
Education and Work Experience :
University degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical, or equivalent Engineering, preferably with a master’s degree in a relevant field. Minimum of 5 years in an engineering environment, with at least 3 years in professional motorsports.

Work Environment and Physical Demands :
Must be able to work in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment with an organized approach. Travel may be required. Mainly office-based, but includes supervision of full-scale component testing. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, squatting, manual dexterity, and working around machinery, race cars, rigs, debris, and fluids. Compliance with health and safety policies is mandatory.
This job may involve additional duties as reasonably assigned.
