CACI International Inc in Sardinia, Italy seeks a Senior PSYOP professional to shape influence operations and support strategic objectives. You will integrate PSYOP with cross-domain effects, coordinate with interagency partners, and brief senior leaders to secure guidance.

This role emphasizes practical messaging, assessment, and risk management in multinational contexts. You will work to advance national security missions and contribute to mission-ready capabilities through rigorous planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in a relevant field and experience in PSYOP planning.
• Must be a graduate of the US Army PSYOP Qualification Course.
• Active TS clearance and SCI eligibility.
• 7+ years in military planning processes or campaign planning.
• 10+ years in planning, coordinating, synchronizing, and executing PSYOP.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and integrate PSYOP activities aligned with commander intent.
• Develop PSYOP concepts and messaging using research and audience analysis.
• Coordinate PSYOP planning with interagency partners, allies, host-nation stakeholders, academia, media, and vendors.
• Integrate PSYOP with broader OIE, cyber, information, and non-kinetic effects across domains.
• Support media campaign planning and execution with aligned messaging and targeting.
• Utilize analytic platforms for planning, targeting, and assessment.
• Advise leaders on PSYOP risks, opportunities, and effects to ensure cultural/legal soundness.
• Conduct executive briefings to GO/FO/SES for approval of concepts and plans.
• Leverage doctrinal PSYOP expertise to achieve target objectives in complex environments.
