Job summary

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor in a relevant field.
• 10 years’ PSYOP planning/coordination experience.
• 7 years’ experience in military planning processes (JPP, MDMP, targeting, campaign planning).
• Experience briefing PSYOP concepts to senior decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and integrate PSYOP activities aligned with commander intent.
• Develop PSYOP concepts and messaging using research and audience analysis.
• Coordinate PSYOP planning with interagency partners, allies, host-nation stakeholders, academia, media, and vendors.
• Integrate PSYOP with broader OIE, cyber, information, and non-kinetic effects across domains.
• Support media campaign planning and execution with aligned messaging and targeting.
• Leverage doctrinal PSYOP expertise to achieve target objectives in complex environments.
• Conduct executive briefings to GO/FO/SES for approval of concepts, plans, operations, or policies.
