STORE MANAGER DUOMO

As a Store Manager, particularly of the DUOMO team, you will excel and appreciate this position if you are ready to manage the following activities:

  1. Lead operational excellence of the store, including organization, processes, and work instructions.
  2. Launch and implement new projects and initiatives as requested by the Area Manager: ideation, testing, implementation.
  3. Be proactive and continuously improve efficiency within the store.
  4. Collaborate with managers and support teams at the headquarters to pursue store-level efficiency.
  5. Manage store operations, acting as a liaison with the headquarters for all requests (IT, operations, finance, accounting, loss prevention).
  6. Support the Area Manager in reading and interpreting KPIs.
  7. Ensure store quality by optimizing external cleaning services and stock management.
  8. Assist the Area Manager with operational issues related to stock, transportation, IT, maintenance, facilitating communication with headquarters teams and problem resolution.
  9. Be the reference point for back-office issues within the store, managing administrative activities, resource organization, and tasks.
  10. Ensure compliance with sales priorities, stock, and excellence standards.
  11. Analyze KPIs.
  12. Manage the store (human resources management, payroll and administration, cost control, evaluation, legal issues).
  13. Help manage and plan the entire store staff (internal and external).
