Our Store Development and Design Department is seeking a

Senior Store Design & Development Project Manager (f / m / d) (100%)

This role involves supporting the design, concept development, and execution of POS projects for Triumph and sloggi, ensuring consistency of Look & Feel across all sales points globally, while matching targeted costs. The scope includes owned stores, franchise, distributor-owned stores, and key SIS spaces.

The office is based in Segrate, with occasional travel to Switzerland HQ as needed.

Your Responsibilities :

  • Develop and manage Store Concepts for various Business Models, utilizing 3D software, ensuring regional relevance, cost-effectiveness, and brand consistency.
  • Design and prepare high-quality retail space drawings in all channels, adhering to global guidelines and local market requirements (AutoCAD 2D / 3D or similar).
  • Develop new fixtures and relevant elements in 2D / 3D to meet targeted costs.
  • Create and maintain design standards and guidelines applicable across locations and business models, including materials, fixtures, signage, and contractors, ensuring compliance with Triumph and sloggi standards.
  • Act as the custodian of the concepts, maintaining their Look & Feel, and supporting implementation to meet new aesthetic, cost, and capacity targets.
  • Set parameters for innovative retail spaces, providing guidelines for capacity and format suitability, aligning with merchandising, planning, retail marketing, and visual merchandising requirements.
  • Ensure store designs reflect the brand's identity, values, and positioning.
  • Support global rollout, including Asia / Japan, providing ongoing support and directions, with local furniture production when needed.
  • Assist in fixture sourcing, project validation, and material review.
  • Support store rollout execution, ensuring high quality, timely delivery, and adherence to plans.
  • Optimize projects technically, supporting local architects and stakeholders.
  • Identify cost savings and efficiency improvements in store concepts and construction.
  • Work with suppliers, including design / architect firms and fixture providers, on specifications, dimensions, finishes, and costs.
  • Coordinate meetings with regions, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Track budgets and expenses related to projects.
  • Train and support regional teams on global concepts, ensuring consistency and quality, reviewing projects and local materials for approval.

Your Ideal Profile :

  • Minimum 10 years of retail sector experience.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture, construction, engineering, or equivalent.
  • Experience in apparel fashion or retail, especially lingerie, with point-of-sale design or store development background.
  • Strong design and project management skills.
  • Deep understanding of construction and interior design principles, costs, and practices.
  • Knowledge of architecture design, 3D rendering, and furniture design.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD 2D / 3D, Vectorworks, Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and rendering software is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of working cross-functionally.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing tooling and fixture design / construction / costs.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with regional teams and external partners.
  • Motivated, outcome-focused, organized, and proactive.
  • Willing to travel as needed.
