LVMH Moët Hennessy - Louis Vuitton Vicenza store seeks an experienced Stockroom Lead to ensure efficient back-of-house operations, optimize stock layout, deliveries and availability, and support stock team development. You will collaborate with Supply Chain and vendor partners to maintain stock accuracy and condition in a luxury retail environment.

Overview In this role you ensure efficient back-of-house operations to enable the store team to focus on high-quality client interactions. You will oversee stock layout, deliveries and availability to optimize the client experience and support the stock team’s development. You collaborate with the Supply Chain and vendor partners to keep stock accurate and in good condition. This position combines operational excellence with people leadership in a luxury retail environment that values service and ownership.
