Louis Vuitton in Italy is seeking a Stock & Operations Manager to oversee back-of-house stock layout, deliveries, and availability, ensuring top-notch client experiences.

You will lead the stock team, coordinate with Supply Chain and vendors, and uphold inventory accuracy in a luxury retail setting that values service and ownership.

Permanent contract, full-time, CCNL Commercio livello 2, with a starting salary of 33,000 EUR per year.

• Manage delivery operations and replenish stock quickly and accurately.
• Ensure right products are available on the sales floor to boost store efficiency and client experience.
• Improve product availability by coordinating with Supply Chain and handling product requests.
• Support vendor contracts and store maintenance.
• Coach and develop the dedicated stock team.

Overview In this role you ensure efficient back-of-house operations to enable the store team to focus on high-quality client interactions.
