Job summary

LVMH Moët Hennessy - Louis Vuitton cerca un responsabile stock per consolidare l’operatività back-of-house in un ambiente luxury. Garantisce accuratezza dell'inventario, gestione consegne e disposizione del materiale per supportare lo store team e offrire un servizio elevato.

La figura coordinerà con la Supply Chain, formerà il team stock e assicurerà la disponibilità prodotto sul punto vendita, mantenendo standard elevati di ordine, dettaglio e responsabilità.

Responsibilities

• Mantieni l'accuratezza dell'inventario e l'organizzazione logica delle stock room.
• Gestiona le operazioni di consegna e rifornimento rapido e preciso.
• Assicura la disponibilità dei prodotti sul punto vendita per migliorare l'efficienza e l'esperienza del cliente.
• Migliora la disponibilità dei prodotti coordinandoti con la Supply Chain e gestendo le richieste di prodotto.
• Sostieni contratti con fornitori e la gestione del negozio.
• Forma e sviluppa il team stock dedicato.

Overview

In this role you ensure efficient back-of-house operations to enable the store team to focus on high-quality client interactions. You will oversee stock layout, deliveries and availability to optimize the client experience and support the stock team's development. You collaborate with the Supply Chain and vendor partners to keep stock accurate and in good condition. This position combines operational excellence with people leadership in a luxury retail environment that values service and ownership.

Responsabilità

• Maintain inventory accuracy and logical organization of stock rooms
• Manage delivery operations and replenish stock quickly and accurately
• Ensure right products are available on the sales floor to boost store efficiency and client experience
• Improve product availability by coordinating with Supply Chain and handling product requests
• Support vendor contracts and store maintenance
• Coach and develop the dedicated stock team
