Job summary

LVMH Moët Hennessy - Louis Vuitton cerca un responsabile stock per ottimizzare le operazioni back‑of‑house in Lombardia, con attenzione a inventario, consegne e disponibilità di prodotto. L’obiettivo è accompagnare il team di vendita nell’offrire un servizio di eccellenza.

Responsibilities

• Mantenere accuratezza di inventario e organizzazione logica dei magazzini.

• Migliorare la disponibilità coordinando con Supply Chain e richieste prodotto.
• Supportare contratti con fornitori e manutenzione del negozio.

Overview

In this role you ensure efficient back-of-house operations to enable the store team to focus on high-quality client interactions. You will oversee stock layout, deliveries and availability to optimize the client experience and support the stock team's development. You collaborate with the Supply Chain and vendor partners to keep stock accurate and in good condition.

This position combines operational excellence with people leadership in a luxury retail environment that values service and ownership.

Responsabilità

• Maintain inventory accuracy and logical organization of stock rooms
• Manage delivery operations and replenish stock quickly and accurately
• Ensure right products are available on the sales floor to boost store efficiency and client experience
• Improve product availability by coordinating with Supply Chain and handling product requests
• Support vendor contracts and store maintenance
• Coach and develop the dedicated stock team
