We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Specials Quantity Surveyor (m/f/d) for our Data Center Business Unit in Milano, Italy.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Register and acknowledge receipt of all project enquiries and manage/monitor all commercial aspects of projects
• Develop and maintain accurate cost reporting /monitoring/forecasting
• Identify areas of risk/scope and develop with the project team
• Manage and produce/take off Bill of Quants (BoQ)
• Lead procurement of subcontract works packages, review proposals with Designers and select/agree subcontractor enquiry list
• Produce monthly status report including items listed above
• Organise and chair subcontract settlements and attend post tender/pre-qual interviews and report accordingly
• Provide support in respect to legal/contract issues associated with the project

Show your expertise

• Studies in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or other construction related subject
• At least 7 years of experience in a similar field of profession, especially within industrial build projects, ideally for Data Centers
• Experience of package negotiation
• Computer literate with working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and logical skills
• Able to work accurately with figures
