Job summary

Alfasigma is seeking a Senior Specialist, Finance Solution SAP Expert to lead SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling enhancements across an international environment. You will partner with Finance, IT, and external partners to translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions and improve reporting capabilities.

The role requires 4–5 years of SAP Finance experience, strong CO knowledge, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 4–5 years of SAP Finance and Controlling experience, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge of SAP CO processes: planning, allocations, budgeting, forecasting, product costing, reporting.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement of Finance and Controlling via SAP S/4HANA.
• Contribute to CO enhancements: cost center, profitability, planning, reporting.
• Translate business requirements into functional specs and solutions.
• Support integration with FI, MM, SD, PP, and PS.
• Contribute to SAP transformation, rollouts, upgrades, testing, go-live, hypercare.
• Support incidents, service requests, changes, and user adoption.

Scope of the role:

The role supports the evolution of Alfasigma’s SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling landscape, connecting business needs with scalable digital solutions. You will work closely with Finance, Controlling, IT teams, and external partners to improve processes, strengthen reporting capabilities, and support data-driven decision-making across an international environment.

Your role:

• Drive continuous improvement of Finance and Controlling processes through SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Contribute to SAP CO enhancements, including cost center accounting, profit center accounting, internal orders, product costing, planning, allocations, profitability analysis, and reporting.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and practical system solutions.
• Support integration with other SAP areas such as FI, MM, SD, PP, and PS.
• Contribute to SAP transformation initiatives, rollouts, upgrades, testing, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Support incidents, service requests, change requests, and user adoption initiatives.
• Promote process standardization, knowledge sharing, and SAP best practices across business and IT teams.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience with SAP Finance and Controlling solutions, preferably in SAP S/4HANA.
• Good knowledge of SAP CO processes, including planning, allocations, budgeting, forecasting, product costing, and management reporting.
• Understanding of SAP integration with FI, MM, SD, PP, and PS.
• Experience in requirements gathering, testing, troubleshooting, user support, and system improvements.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud, Group Reporting, or planning solutions is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset, collaboration skills, ownership, learning agility, and customer orientation.
