A Day in the Life
As a Senior Sourcing Buyer, you will be responsible for executing all indirect sourcing activities within the portfolio (marketing services, corporate services, retail and promotions, media and CMI, IT / Electronic Devices, and Logistics & Industrial) in line with the Group's sourcing strategies and policies.
Reporting to the Purchasing Director in Italy, within the Finance Department, you will be a key partner for : creating and managing strategic sourcing RFPs (Request for Proposal), optimizing costs while improving overall value by evaluating category trends, stakeholder management, supplier management, contract negotiation, aligning and reviewing spending, generating performance and validating with the finance community, market and trend analysis, category innovations, and proposing / implementing initiatives to contribute to L'Oréal's sustainability goals.
