Job summary

Pragmatike is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to own the technical side of enterprise relationships from pre-sales through onboarding and ongoing production usage in a fast-growing GPU compute and cloud infrastructure company.

You will partner with account managers, product and SRE teams to help customers deploy, run and scale workloads, solve complex infra problems and take full ownership of the customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles (Solutions Engineer/Architect/TAM).
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, GPU/AI infrastructure, or enterprise compute.
• Fluent English; French is a plus; strong problem solving and communication.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise customer onboarding: manage access, networking, storage, server handover and first workloads through to production.
• Act as the first technical point of contact for enterprise customers, understanding and troubleshooting issues before escalating to SRE or engineering when needed.
• Own technical issues through resolution: provide context to internal teams, coordinate communication and ensure issues are closed properly.
• Support pre-sales activities: lead technical discovery, solution design, sizing, demos and POCs with the commercial team.
• Design and run POCs with clear technical success criteria and help customers move from evaluation to production.
• Debug customer workloads hands-on, including inference and multi-GPU workloads, working with customer engineering teams.
• Monitor account health proactively: identify technical risks, communicate incidents and RCAs, track uptime and surface potential issues before blockers.
• Work cross-functionally with Account Management, Product, SRE and Engineering to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Improve the enterprise customer experience by identifying recurring technical problems and creating better onboarding and operational processes.
