Amazon is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant for its Professional Services Team to work with B2B customers in Milan. This role involves assessing customer needs, leveraging Amazon Business solutions, and ensuring effective project execution. Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Solution Consultant for our Professional Services Team, based in Paris (Milan office possible). This full-time role involves working with senior B2B customers (CPO, CFO, CTO) to assess their business and technical needs, diving into their purchase-to-pay processes and systems, and advising on leveraging Amazon Business solutions. You will provide expertise in systems, processes, and solutions such as punchout integrations, integrated search, e-invoicing, single sign-on, etc. You will also discuss new strategies to help customers achieve their objectives and collaborate with internal teams to relay customer needs and prioritize solutions.

Your day includes calls with account managers and strategic customers, deep dives into their procurement setup, providing tailored recommendations, internal meetings to innovate solutions, and planning customer engagement activities.
About the Team
The Amazon Business Professional Services team accelerates customer success by guiding their journey with tools and services, supporting them throughout their lifecycle.
Qualifications include knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay processes, experience selling innovative solutions, proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools like Salesforce, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and professional fluency in French, Italian, and English. Experience with procurement technology and integrations is also required.
