Position Summary
To support our business growth, we are looking for a Senior Solution Consultant for our Professional Services Team for a full-time (40 hours / week) position in Paris (also Milan office is possible). In this position, you will work with a wide range of B2B customers at a senior level (CPO, CFO, CTO) to assess their business and technical requirements, diving deep into their purchase to pay process and systems, and advising them on how to best leverage Amazon Business solutions.
Key job responsibilities
A day in the life
Start the day with an Account Manager call, whose customer project you have been assigned to, aligning on the project approach and kick-off date. Your next call is with a large, strategic customer who wants to technically integrate with Amazon Business but is unsure of the exact solution. You deep dive with the customer on their requirements and current Procurement setup. Following this, you provide advice to the customer for the most suitable Amazon Business solution leveraging your expert knowledge in Procurement and Amazon Business features.
