WiseEnergy seeks a Senior Technical Analyst to safeguard and optimize the global solar PV portfolio. You will oversee technical operations, coordinate with O&M contractors, and act as the primary technical interface with clients across Madrid, Seville, or Milan.

You will lead reporting, drive process improvements, and mentor junior analysts while ensuring compliance and high asset availability. A strong background in PV performance and international collaboration is required.

Competenze

Master’s degree in Engineering or a relevant science discipline.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the solar PV sector.
Experience managing PV portfolios, performance analysis, and site issue resolution.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Spanish/Portuguese/Italian is advantageous.
Willingness to travel internationally and lead client meetings.

Mansioni

Daily supervision and analysis of PV portfolio technical performance and operations.
Coordinate with O&M contractors and client interface on technical issues.
Prepare and deliver periodic reports on technical performance and operations.
Mentor junior analysts and drive process improvements.
Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements and documentation.
