The role

The SoftwareOne Marketplace Platform Team seeks .NET engineers passionate about working with the latest technologies and eager to learn. You will join a 60-strong team focused on building a world-class online marketplace, client interfaces, internal integrations, and vendor relations. We foster a blame-free environment that emphasizes continuous improvement, open feedback, and new ideas.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with team members (frontend, backend, QA) and product management to deliver value.
• Design and implement performant applications within a service-oriented architecture.
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, retrospectives, and business sessions.
• Advocate for code quality and represent business needs.
• Communicate empathetically in a collaborative environment.

What we need to see from you

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a product-driven engineering role, ideally with .NET.
• Proven ability to create robust, performant RESTful applications.
• Experience with open source projects, SDKs, and public APIs.
• Practical knowledge of containerization using Docker and Kubernetes, and a DevOps mindset.
• Experience working within multi-team organizations and shared product landscapes.
