Agile Lab in Rome is seeking a Junior Software Engineer to analyze, design, and develop complex software systems while maintaining high standards across the Software Development Life Cycle. You will work on-site in Rome, collaborate with a skilled team, and grow through a structured career ladder, training budget, and conference opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
1-2 years of software engineering experience.
Strong knowledge of Scala, Java and Python (nice to have).
Familiarity with NoSQL DB (MongoDB, DynamoDB) and distributed architectures.
Understanding of Docker tools; Spring Boot, Akka/Pekko; and CI/CD processes.
