Employment Type : Full-time

The Role :

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our team. This hands-on role involves writing code, solving complex technological challenges, building scalable solutions, and engaging with business stakeholders to design and implement impactful frontend and backend solutions. You will be crucial in connecting customer needs with secure, scalable software architectures, ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend systems in cloud-native and Kubernetes environments. Your daily tasks include developing, reviewing, and maintaining high-quality, production-ready code.

Main responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications, contributing to both frontend and backend development.
• Collaborate directly with business clients to identify needs, propose solutions, and implement custom applications and integrations.
• Create responsive, accessible, and SEO-friendly user interfaces using modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
• Implement microservices primarily using Java, NodeJS, and Spring, with RESTful JSON APIs.
• Ensure a robust infrastructure leveraging Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies.
• Support best practices in security, CI/CD, and testing (TDD).
• Write clean, maintainable, and high-performance code.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Required Qualifications :

• Over 5 years of proven experience in architecture or software engineering, covering frontend and backend.
• Extensive experience with Kubernetes, microservices architecture, and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of UX/UI best practices, web accessibility standards, and responsive design.
• Deep understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented programming, and security.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle; NoSQL: MongoDB).
• Experience with version control (Git, GitHub), Maven, and build tools (Webpack, Grunt, Gulp).

Preferred qualifications :

• Experience in customer-facing consultancy roles.
• Knowledge of OpenShift, Golang, Quarkus.
• Experience with React Native and Next.js.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
