We are a professional team of recruiting specialists searching for talents in Ukraine, Europe, and the USA. Currently, we are looking for a Senior Back-end Engineer for XTEL.

The Senior Backend Developer will be responsible for product design and implementation, supporting field sales management and trade optimization processes, and managing complex planning and execution activities. You will play a key role in transforming the solution to SaaS, focusing on refactoring and service transformation.

Senior Back-End Developer responsibilities:

1. Lead development and refactoring of advanced product capabilities, analyzing key information and providing technical recommendations.
2. Support design reviews to ensure solutions adhere to architecture, security, scalability, and maintainability guidelines.
3. Gather requirements, design, implement, deploy, and monitor services in production.
4. Estimate development efforts for new features and enhancements.
5. Provide engineering leadership and contribute to community standards and best practices.
6. Develop and maintain high-quality, secure, and efficient software.
7. Collaborate with Scrum teams, project managers, UX designers, and other stakeholders on a SaaS solution based on Microsoft technologies and Azure.
8. Assist in architecting solutions for field sales management and trade optimization activities.

Ideal candidate qualities:

• Advanced knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Experience with legacy code refactoring.
• Proficiency in C# programming.
• Experience applying SOLID principles and Design Patterns.
• Experience writing Unit and Integration Tests.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices across the full development lifecycle.
• Experience developing distributed, scalable, high-volume transaction systems.
• Experience with microservice architecture.
• Database query performance tuning and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in Consumer Goods/Retail sector and related processes is advantageous.
