MotorK Ultra, an elite unit within MotorK, is assembling exceptional engineers across Europe to tackle genuinely hard problems. We prize independence, rapid execution, and a strong AI-driven approach as we scale automotive SaaS workloads for 10,000+ dealerships.

We offer a hybrid setup, a base salary starting around €80,000/year, and extensive leave and remote-work options to accelerate growth across national and international horizons within a fast-moving environment.

Competenze

• 5+ years of backend experience with PHP, Node.js, or Java.
• Comfortable across the stack with Vue, React, or Angular.
• Fluent in microservices and distributed systems.
• Experience using AWS for infrastructure and deployment.
• Daily use of AI tools to gain an edge (e.g., Cursor, Claude).
