With over 100 communities in South Tyrol benefiting from our products, ewo has expanded globally, operating through branches in Verona, Innsbruck, Berlin, and Lyon.

Join our innovative team as a Senior Software Engineer at our headquarters in Cortaccia (BZ). You'll play a crucial role in developing one of our core solutions, allowing end-users to effortlessly configure ewo products.

Your role

• Own and lead: Take full ownership of a key product supported by the manager, managing it independently while being part of a larger team of 8-10 developers.
• Enhance and maintain: Ensure product excellence by maintaining, improving, and deploying high-quality code and architecture.
• Collaborate: Lead technical coordination with external consultants to develop impactful solutions.
• Drive innovation: Accelerate time-to-market, gather user feedback, and continuously refine products.

Your profile

• A passion for software development and a drive to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
• Proficient in C# (.NET).
• Familiarity with Java or Python (a plus).
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases.
• Expertise in debugging, troubleshooting, and code optimization.
• Experience in designing, developing, refactoring, and deploying applications into microservices.
• Proficient in English.
