Responsibilities

1. Manage the entire software lifecycle, from design to implementation, including training in main banking processes, to contribute to significant information system evolution projects.
2. Design, implement, and maintain software products and information systems for banking services and related processes.
3. Participate in new product implementation projects and support the transition of our platform to advanced Cloud systems within a dynamic, international environment.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with honors in technical/scientific fields (computer science, mathematics, physics, computer engineering, management engineering, economics).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, .NET, C#, SharePoint.
• Experience with relational databases, object-oriented programming, and interfaces.
• Strong programming, technical, and/or functional analysis skills.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in software development.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
