- Develop, improve and maintain the overall charging functions of existing and future product lines
- Successfully implement EV communication interfaces and maintain the code base for various charging standards (MCS, CCS, NACS, GB / T, CHAdeMO and AC)
- Implement feature requests and interoperability improvements
- Perform code reviews and root cause analysis of field issues
- Accompany interoperability and conformance tests
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar
- Significant previous relevant work experience
- Strong proficiency in C / C++
- Comfortable with CMake build environments and embedded Linux systems
- Solid knowledge of field bus technologies (Ethernet, CAN)
- Proficient with version control systems (GIT)
- Knowledge of relevant charging standards is a plus
- Knowledge of basic security principles (authentication, secure communication, certificate handling)
- Autonomous and solution-oriented work style, as well as analytical thinking
- Enthusiasm, good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Fluent in English, as well as German and / or Italian
